Our NEW TheremoWood feather edge fence panels are built from Scandinavian Pine that has been thermally modified using a process of applying heat and steam to improve the stability and biological durability of the timber. 

Our panels are smooth finished, fully framed and built using stainless steel nails to provide long term resistance to corrosion. They also include a top capping rail to add further protection from rain. With a timber classification of 2 according to BS EN 350-2, TheremoWood is expected to last between 15 to 40 years above ground.

In its natural state Thermo-Nordic Pine is a light to medium brown tone. With exposure to UV it will start to weather and change to a silverly grey tone within 8-10 months. The absence of chemicals reduces the need for maintenance treatments, leading to a longer lifespan.

These panels are 48-50mm thick and are fully compatible with DuraPost steel fence posts and ‘Z’ boards . They also work with standard concrete slotted posts. However, if you prefer an ‘all wood’ look then we provide a ThermoWood post which comes with a pre-applied protective Postsaver sleeve.
